Snow!

Just want to share some pictures from our glorious snow here. The kids ended up with a five day weekend, even though the snow didn't start accumulating until the afternoon of the first cancelled day, Thursday. I guess the superintendent didn't want to have to deal with the hassle of having early release.

Friday Midnight. Shonee volunteered at a warming center and when he got home at midnight, we took a walk because everything was so amazingly beautiful and bright.

I stayed home the whole time pretty much. I don't like driving in snow. Shonee went to work with the Suburban in 4-WD.  Our street never did get plowed or sanded. Now it's almost all melted and life is back to normal. It was a really fun and relaxing weekend!
